NORMAL RATES

Rates range from $150 - $300 per night, based on length of stay.

WINTER HOLIDAY SPECIALS

Rates range from $80 - $250 per night, based on length of stay.

POLICIES:

LENGTH OF STAY - Ranges from daily,weeky and monthly.

PARKING - one parking space per suite is included. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply.

BILLING - payment of the first 10 nights is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of each 30 night period is due seven days prior to the period start date.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - all major credit cards Visa, Master or AMEX accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.

CANCELLATION TERMS - 14 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. For long term contracts 60 days notice is required.
